Return and Refund Policy

We have 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To eligible for refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will shell also need the proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items sent back to us after 14 days of you receiving return details will also not be accepted

Exchanges:

All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellation: 

Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
